Transporte Terça-feira: Alto dos Moinhos
The Alto dos Moinhos station on the Linha Azul pays homage to four significant Portuguese poets and writers : Fernando Pessoa (above), Almada Negreiros, Luís de Camões, and Bocage.
Júlio Pomar designed all the art in the station. Since it could be expected that graffiti might find its way into the station (it hasn’t really), Mr. Pomar chose to show the four writers and some illustrations that reflect each’s work as graffiti and sketches.

The art in this station underwhelmes me, to put it mildly. I appreciate the information behind it, but still feel it looks too amatuerish.
Wow. Very very cool!!! They have way better stations than er do here!!
